Eduardo is an angel investor in edtech startups and a co-founder of Grupo Ibmec Educacional, one of Brazil's leading post-secondary schools. He has also served as CEO of Ibmec and currently sits on the boards of Tel Aviv University and The Albert Einstein Hospital. Eduardo holds degrees in Economics and an MBA and is a Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.

Formerly Chairman of North America at LVMH, she has also held senior roles at The Carlyle Group, Estee Lauder, and Avon. Pauline serves on several corporate boards, including the Neiman Marcus Group.
